From first call to full clarity in 30 days
1.Book your discovery
We start with a short diagnostic (an audit designed by a psychologist and seasoned startup operator) to map where you are. You'll also share any context that feels relevant - existing docs, recent challenges, what's keeping you up at night.
2.Discovery session (90 minutes)
We meet to map what's actually happening, not just what you think is happening. I'll ask the questions that surface patterns you're too close to see, and we'll talk through what's working, what's stretched, and what's silently stalling growth.
3.Your people roadmap
Within a week, you'll get a prioritised roadmap showing where to focus next - mapped against The People Vault Framework (Founder Era / Manager Era / Culture Era / Scale Era). This isn't a 47-point action plan you'll never execute. It's 3-5 clear recommendations with next steps.
4.Follow-up sessions (2 x 30 minutes)
We meet twice to walk through the roadmap, answer questions, and help you commit to what actually needs to happen. You'll leave knowing exactly what to tackle, in what order, and why.
