This is 30 days of focused support to help you figure that out without committing to ongoing work before you're ready.

You'll get an honest read on where things stand, a clear sense of what actually matters right now, and a roadmap you can act on (with or without me).

how it works

1.you tell me everything*

A short diagnostic plus whatever context helps - docs, challenges, the thing that's been worrying you. Get it out of your head and into mine.

* you decide the boundaries of ‘everything’ - share what you’d like my eyes on.

2.we talk it through (90 minutes)

You, me, and whoever else is relevant (co-founder, chief of staff, whoever). I'll ask the questions you haven't had time to ask yourself. You'll leave the call seeing things more clearly.

3.You get a roadmap that’s actually useful

Within a week: 3–5 priorities with clear next steps. Not a 30-page deck. Just what matters now and (maybe more importantly) what can wait.

4.we make sure it sticks (2 x 30 minutes + slack access)

Two follow up calls to work through the roadmap, pressure test your thinking, and make sure you know what you're doing next. Plus questions, sense checks, and "how do I handle this" moments for 30 days.
