how it works
1.We create your thinking space
Two sessions a month to work through whatever’s live - people decisions, leadership challenges, co-founder dynamics, team tensions. You set the agenda; I bring structure, psychology and pattern spotting.
2.you get support between sessions
Some things can’t wait two weeks. You get async support for gut checks, sense checks, and “how do I handle this?” moments when they happen. Essentially a people partner on call.
3.we turn decisions and words into action
This isn’t just a place to think out loud. When useful, I’ll help draft the message, shape the conversation, or turn your instinct into something usable - from talking points to light frameworks. I’ll also share with you anything in my resource library, as and when needed. No gatekeeping here!
4.we start to name the patterns
Over time, we look at how your leadership style, stress responses and blind spots show up in the company. The goal isn’t introspection for its own sake - it’s better decisions, better conversations, and a healthier culture.
5.if something bigger surfaces, we scope it
If a bigger piece of work emerges - pay, performance, values, manager development, hiring clarity - we can spin it out into a focused People Sprint or a deeper retainer.
